Themath,explained
How reconstitution math converts values you enter into concentration, volume, and U-100 units. Published formulas. No protocol. No recommendation. No legal determination.
Research-use mathematical conversion only. Not for human consumption. This page does not recommend a compound or amount, does not instruct use, and is not medical or legal advice. Example numbers are illustrations. Verify every value independently. Read the legal notice.
What this is. What this is not.
- A free arithmetic converter. You enter values. It returns concentration, volume, and U-100 units.
- Published formulas. The math is visible so you can check it.
- Research-use and educational content. Mathematical conversion only.
- Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a licensed clinician or pharmacist.
- A protocol, prescription, or recommendation of any compound, amount, or schedule.
- A determination that any possession, reconstitution, or use is lawful where you are.
What you type in
The conversion does not invent a fourth value. It does not know what is in the vial. It converts the three numbers you provide.
The milligrams printed on the vial you type in. Total mass in the vessel — not a prescribed amount.
Milliliters of diluent you type in. More liquid lowers concentration. Same entered quantity, larger converted volume.
The micrograms you type in. The conversion does not choose, suggest, or validate this number.
1 mL, 0.5 mL, or 0.3 mL. A ceiling check on converted volume. It does not change the conversion: 100 units = 1 mL.
How the math runs
Same mass. Same entered mcg. Move the liquid.
These figures are default inputs for the illustration, used here so the conversion is visible. They are not recommended amounts. Diluent volume is the lever: it does not change the entered quantity. It changes the milliliters that contain that quantity.
Legal notice
Read this before using the conversion. Same standard as the math: conversion only, not advice.
Scope
This briefing performs unit conversion on numbers you enter. It does not recommend a compound. It does not set an amount. It does not instruct administration.
No medical or legal advice
Content is educational and research-oriented. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice. It is not legal advice. Knowledge Pharm is not your clinician, pharmacist, or counsel. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Illustrative numbers only
The 5 mg / 2 mL / 250 mcg figures below are arbitrary so the arithmetic is visible. They are default inputs for the illustration, not suggested amounts. Do not treat them as a protocol.
Your inputs, your check
Knowledge Pharm does not verify vial labels, diluent, quantities, or outputs. Independently confirm every value before relying on a result. Arithmetic errors and mistyped inputs are your responsibility.
Research use and compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and research protocols, including whether any compound may be obtained, possessed, reconstituted, or used in your jurisdiction. Knowledge Pharm products are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not approved by the FDA for human consumption and are not to be used for in vivo or any non-research purposes.
No supply
This page does not sell, ship, compound, or provide any substance. A link to the catalog is not an offer to deal in any product. Purchases, if any, are governed by Knowledge Pharm terms — not by this briefing.
Purchases, privacy, and support terms live on Knowledge Pharm terms and privacy. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

The catalog is research-use only and sits behind an account. This page stays conversion-only. Same formulas. Same limits. Not a recommendation.
